Our Cancellation Policies:
Advanced Registration Is Required!
Please call, fax, mail or email your registration
no later than 2 days before the workshop date. If registering within a week
of a workshop please call or email to say your registration has been sent.
Discount: **If you are a HH member or you register for workshops with payment postmarked (14) Days in advance of workshop date, you always pay the lower workshop price. Membership &/or early registration entitles you up to 10% discount per workshop. See workshop description for the lower fee.
Our Cancellation Policies: Please PREREGISTER to confirm our programs attendance prior to heading out to the workshop location. We do not wish to disappoint our clientele. Your payment ensures a seat at our events. Space is filled on a first come, first served basis. No confirmation is mailed out. Under enrolled programs are cancelled (1) eve before the workshop date. We will call / email you the night before class if the scheduled workshop is cancelled.
To obtain a full refund, you must request a cancellation in writing (1) week prior to the workshop or series start date. Cancellations within (6) days of a scheduled program or series start date will result in a credit towards future workshops. Cancellations within 5 days of a program or workshop series start date or a no show will be considered a gift and no credit will be offered.
(This policy does not apply to our retreats or special events, see their refund policy.) Re: Retreats A $170 deposit secures a space at our retreat. Full payment required by early reg date to qualify for the discounted rate. A full refund minus a $35 processing fee will be made for all cancellations postmarked 6 weeks in advance of the retreat weekend date before the close of business @ 5:00 pm. All retreat registrations are non transferable. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked with less than 6 weeks notice, or if you do not show up or you leave a program early. Cancellations for our training programs & materials or workshops with materials are non
refundable within 14 days of class date.
